Louis A. Winoski, CEO - A seasoned leader with 21 years of aerospace experience across a broad range of management positions including President, CEO, Managing Director, Chairman or Board Member of a variety of manufacturing and design concerns in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. His expertise spans vision and strategy development, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, integration of diverse entities, supply chain organization and operational excellence.
In 2002, Mr. Winoski established Homeric Partners LLC, a consulting practice specializing in business operations optimization. During the past four years, Mr. Winoski has advised clients primarily in Europe, assisting growing aerospace companies with development and execution of global expansion strategies. As a result of his efforts, his clients closed accretive acquisitions, established operations in low cost regions and earned major contracts in North America, one of which included the Boeing 787 Program.
Mr. Winoski is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Industrial and Systems Management Engineering.
Richard F. Fitzgerald, Chief Financial Officer – Prior to accepting the position of CFO with the Company, Mr. Fitzgerald served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nucleonics, Inc., a private venture capital backed biotechnology company.
Before becoming CFO at Nucleonics, Mr. Fitzgerald served in a variety of senior financial roles during his tenure there, which extended from 2002 through the present.
Prior to his employment with Nucleonics, Inc., Mr. Fitzgerald served as Director, Corporate Development of Exelon Corporation and PECO Energy Company from 1997 through 2002.
Mr. Fitzgerald began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in Philadelphia and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bucknell University.
