Louis A. Winoski, CEO is a seasoned leader with 21 years of aerospace experience across a broad range of management positions including President, CEO, Managing Director, Chairman or Board Member of a variety of manufacturing and design concerns in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. His expertise spans vision and strategy development, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, integration of diverse entities, supply chain organization and operational excellence.
In 2002, Mr. Winoski established Homeric Partners LLC, a consulting practice specializing in business operations optimization. During the past four years, Mr. Winoski has advised clients primarily in Europe, assisting growing aerospace companies with development and execution of global expansion strategies. As a result of his efforts, his clients closed accretive acquisitions, established operations in low cost regions and earned major contracts in North America, one of which included the Boeing 787 Program.
Mr. Winoski is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Industrial and Systems Management Engineering.
Stanley A. Youtt is a senior executive with 40 years of engineering and management experience. He is the CEO of Ranor, Inc. and has been in that position since January of 2000.
He has ten years of engineering and management experience at General Dynamics / Electric Boat Division, where he held the positions of Engineer, Superintendent of the Midway Division and General Superintendent of Steel Trades. The company's product was nuclear submarines.
He has fifteen years of management experience at The American Tank and Fabricating Company, where he held the positions of Sales Engineer and Vice President. The company's product was precision metal fabrications.
In addition he has seven years of management experience at C&W Fabricators where he held the positions of Vice President and President. The company's product was gas turbine inlet and exhaust systems.
Mr. Youtt is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. He is also a graduate of The University of Connecticut with a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
Michael R. Holly is a senior executive with over 37 years of combined experience in acquisitions, finance, marketing, and strategic planning.
Mr. Holly advises companies seeking debt and equity growth capital and management groups involving the acquisition of platform companies and execution of consolidation and growth strategies.
Since 1996, Mr. Holly has been a founding partner and managing director of Safeguard International Fund ("SIF"), a $350 million private equity buyout fund. SIF makes control of investments in or acquires technology oriented industrial companies in North America and Western Europe that can achieve leadership positions in their respective industries. SIF has acquired or invested in thirteen portfolio companies with combined revenues well in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Holly served as a director of eight boards and worked closely with senior portfolio company executives in the development, financing and execution of value creation strategies.
In 1994, Mr. Holly became affiliated with Safeguard Scientifics (NYSE:SSI) and its private equity venture fund affiliates, TL Ventures and Allied Resource Corporation, where he sourced and assessed investment prospects and advised portfolio companies.
Prior to his role at Safeguard International, for 10 years, Mr. Holly served as combined Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of a national professional services organization that grew from $25 million in revenues to more than 500 professionals in 10 offices with revenues exceeding $100 million. For three years he co-managed a regional Financial Advisory Services Practice for Coopers and Lybrand. Following graduation, Mr. Holly spent 12 years with Price Waterhouse, providing high-level audit and consulting services in a variety of industries.
Mr. Holly is a CPA and graduated from Mount Saint Mary's University with a B.S. in Economics.
Andrew A. Levy is President of Redstone Capital Corporation, a small investment company he founded in 1982 where he has for the last 27 years engaged in advising on numerous mergers and acquisitions, project financings and capital raise, having advised on in excess of $300,000,000 of transactions in the last ten years alone.
In addition, over the last six years, Mr. Levy has purchased interests in several manufacturing companies in the aerospace and defense fields. He is currently Chairman of Fraser-Volpe, LLC, a company engaged in the design and manufacture of military electro-optic equipment (www.fraser-volpe.com), ESCO Marine, Inc., which operates a shipyard in Texas holding a U.S. Navy contract to dismantle obsolete warships (www.escomarine.com), Universal Aerospace, Inc. (manufacturer of commercial aerospace parts) (www.universalaero.com) and CNC Diversified Mfg., Incorporated (manufacturer of military aerospace parts) (www.cncdiversified.com) and a founder of TechPrecision Corporation (www.Techprecision.com).
Mr. Levy graduated in 1968 from Yale University with a B.S. in Engineering summa cum laude. Mr. Levy worked as an engineer for General Instruments Corp., Military System Division in 1968-69. After graduation from Harvard Law School in 1972, Mr. Levy started his career as a tax and corporate lawyer with Schulte, Roth and Zabel and then Wender, Murase and White (now Bingham,McCutchen) in New York City.
Philip A. Dur possesses extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. He currently serves on the board of directors at Kennametal, Inc. (NYSE:KMT) and from October 2001 to June 2005 served as Corporate Vice President of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) and President of Northrop Grumman Ship Systems. Earlier in his career, Mr. Dur held executive management positions at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems, Tenneco, Inc., and Tenneco Automotive. Prior to joining the private sector, he served in the United States Navy, attaining the rank of Rear Admiral, and in the Reagan Administration served as a Director of Political Military Affairs on the staff of the National Security Council. Mr. Dur holds a Ph.D. in Political Economy and Government and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University as well as masters and undergraduate degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
